Russia sells no grain from state fund via NAMEX on Tuesday

MOSCOW, Aug 17 (PRIME) -- The Russian government sold no grain from the state intervention fund on the National Mercantile Exchange (NAMEX) on Tuesday, as seen by PRIME in materials of the exchange.

The next trading session was scheduled for August 23.

The government plans to sell up to 1 million tonnes of wheat and feed barley from reserves in 2020–2021. So far, the government has sold only 6,210 tonnes of grain worth 67.068 million rubles during the current stage of interventions.
